Antico Laboratorio Bolognese is a fresh frozen Pasta and specialties producer. We were born in 1987 with the purpose to satisfy the growing demand of the local catering industry which was looking for high-quality products.

The main foundations of our activity are represented by the passion for our job, the desire to offer sophisticated products to our clients, the “protection” of the traditional flavors of our typical Emilia Romagna. These points had permitted to develop and obtain an important place on market.

Through this philosophy, the Company had made investments with the intent to improve the company structure and facilities.
